How bad does it hurt to get your nose pierced?

on a scale from 1-10 how badly does getting your nose pierced hurt? does it feel the same as getting your ears done or more? (i got 2 piercings on both of my ears and it didn't hurt at all) soo would getting my nose done hurt? aand do nose rings get infected easily? i also heard they fall out alot, is there a way to prevent that? one more thing...which side should i get it done on?
