Whats the best place to skydive for the first time?

I'm going on a year long trip to eastern and southern asia. While I'm there I want to go skydiving for the first time. I want to know which is the best place in terms of the experience, thrill, costs, etc. I'm going to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shanghai, Seoul, Osaka, Tokyo and the Maldives. The last one is random I know :)
