Should I leave my fianc�?

Lately we haven't been talking I'll get back from work and won't want to do anything but relax. I think she has some type of depression I asked her to get help and she refused I said I wanted to see a marriage counsler and same results. The other day, I went to see a navy chaplain and she freaked when I told her. Yesterday I told her I was done and it's been the hardest day of my life I still love her, but I think it's for the best her mom called me I asked them to respectfully leave me alone until Tuesday so I could think. The chaplain said to leave her so did my family but I still love her. She text me today and said shed do everything I'd asked of her to fix it. But I don't think anything will change and is it already to late.
