Does my tarantula have Nematodes?!?

My tarantula is starting to get very strange. I noticed two weeks ago that her abdomen had shrunk to a very small size so i decided to do research on it. the only answer i got was that she was starving or dehydrated. she eats and drinks water so it seemed strange soo i left her alone that day and decided i would call a vet the next morning. when i woke up i checked on her and her abdomen was normal again. a few days after that she started dragging her 5th pair of legs and would barely move them. yesterday i noticed one of her legs is bent and in one of my previous questions nematodes wer brought up and im very worried. are these signs of molting or what is it?! im really worried about her and i seriously want to know whats wrong with my baby! :(
