Ok i am overweight for my age i am 12 and i weigh 132 pounds but i don't look extremely fat. If you say (oh you will grow and you will look not overweight) those people shut up. My diet is for breakfast a ruby red gfruit with a tiny bit of sugar or an orange. Then for lunch a salad with a tiny bit of Cesar salad dressing with an orange and an apple or some carrots. Dinner will be some more salad or just a regular meal. If i do this for 30 days how much will i loose? I am just curious and some simple changes i can make to this, thanks.
