Did i have an OBE? What are the feelings ociated with OBE's?

Okay so the other night i had a dream where as i was dreaming i began thinking about my boyfriend at the same time. i then began to feel like i was all of a sudden falling, but i didn't wake up or twitch like i usually do with any other regular dream. Right after i got the feeling of falling, my body went numb & i felt like i was being pulled extremely fast through a white surrounding, with a voice telling me that my boyfriend who is in the marines is okay. The weird part was that i felt like my top half of my body was sitting down, yet it was still laying down at the same time. & when i tried to wake up, i was unable to. I told my brother about it & he said it seemed like an Astral Projection or OBE & well i just wanted some answers on what it could be or if anyone else has experienced this, or what are the feelings ociated with OBE's?
