Please your opinion on my dieting plan.?
I'm not sure but it seems like you're trying to gain weight. If you're trying to gain weight/muscle, then you'll need to hit the gym. Just eating yourself to gain weight and you don't exercise, you will gain fat, no matter how healthy the food you're eating is, no matter how little dressing or how healthy the food may seem, you will gain the fat. When you gain weight, you want to gain weight in the form of muscle and that'll require exercise and weights, no other way around it. However if you're trying to lose weight, then Eat 500 calories more than you do now. Workout 1 different body part a day 5 days a week, 3-5 different exercises per body part, 3 sets of 8-10 reps per exercise. Make sure you're gaining 1-2 pounds a week, if you're gaining more, cut your calories a bit. Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight at least. Rest can be fats and carbs.
