What record is the most unbreakable baseball record and why?

Well, I'm going to go with B. Joe DiMaggio's 56 game hit streak, because, when a batter goes into a new game he goes up against a new pitcher every game, and for some reason the batter will always run into someone he has struggled against in his career and that's what makes this record about 98% impossible.
