Should i choose my ex-bf who loves me so much or the one whom i love a lot?

I am living in US for more than 2-3 years now and my boyfriend was in Nepal. I was so loyal to him, i did every possible thing to call him here.. but instead he took my full advantages. Due to frustration i decided to move on. I like this guy who just broke up with his cheating gf. we become close friend then started dating. unfortunately i got transfer to another state. distance grew between us..same old story .. he said "this relationship is heading no where , and we should take a break". we were out of contact for 2-3 months.. later he said that he cannot have any relationship with me because he cannot forget his ex- gf.. his words broke my heart..i decided that i will stay single for the rest of my life.. but the problem is that last month i found out that he loves me a lot but his problem is distance.. what should i do.. i cannot move out of this state.. and i cannot forget him or my ex- bf in Nepal who keeps on trying to get back to me...stuck in the middle..like a pendulum..don't know what to do ..help me out .. not able to move forward???
