I want to DIET!! how to convince my mum?! :)?

Listen to Rose J, she's right! Dieting is not the way to go, you're body is still growing and you can cause serious health problems later on in life. Take up a fitness hobby, anything from line dancing to cycling. Get your friends to help out and you'll find instead of feeling miserable because you can't eat a bag of crisps, you'll be feeling energized and active plus you'll make new friends.
