i can help you with that APFT question. army physical fitness test has 3 categories, 2 mile run, 2 minute pushups, 2 minute sit ups. From what you tell me, you'll do fine in all three categories. 60 points is pretty much the minimum score you get get without getting in trouble (different units have different standards). honestly, I cant tell you the numbers for the 60% because I never score that low. Basically you need 13 min 2 mile, 72 pushups, and 78 sit ups to max (APFT score of 300). if you max all 3 and do more then that amount then you can go to the extended scale 300+, highest ive seen was a friend in my unit, he got a 389.. pretty ridiculous if you ask me.
