Are all domestic electricity meters provide by energy suppliers suitable for use with the PV 'feed-in' tariff?

If you are wanting to do it legally, get the power company to verify you have the correct meter. They should be able to do that with the model number information on the meter unit mechanism itself. You might be able to simply accomplish it through email. If the meter unit needs to be changed out, they can do that when the remote cutout is installed.
